This Privacy Policy applies to all applications, integrations, and software services developed and published by CODIGITALSOLUTIONS ("we", "us", or "our") on software marketplaces including the Atlassian Marketplace. We are committed to protecting your organizational privacy and ensuring total data security transparency.

1. 100% Marketplace Cloud Native Architecture

Our applications are built entirely on native platform architectures (such as Atlassian Forge Native). This guarantees that:

• No external servers, databases, or third-party cloud infrastructure are utilized.
• All app code executes natively inside your platform provider's secure cloud environment.
• No customer workspace data or metadata ever leaves your official cloud instance storage.

2. Data Handling and Minimization

We strictly adhere to enterprise data minimization principles across all our products:

• App Storage: Application settings, configuration parameters, metrics, and user preferences are stored exclusively within native Key-Value Storage (KVS) within your workspace tenant.
• Analytics & Metrics: Any operational metrics or analytics reports generated by our tools are computed dynamically from your native workspace data and stored strictly inside your cloud instance.
• Personal Data: We do not collect, track, aggregate, process, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) or user tracking telemetry.

3. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Since all data remains inside your official Cloud site, access controls, compliance certifications, and data encryption (at rest and in transit) are managed directly by your platform provider's infrastructure. Uninstalling any of our applications automatically removes all associated configuration data according to platform retention guidelines.

4. Third-Party Access

We do not integrate third-party analytics trackers, advertising networks, or external APIs into our applications. Customer data is never shared with, transmitted to, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
